In order to easier manage accounts for people we are asking everyone to transfer their work google account. There are instructions below and also a video at the end of the article.
You will receive an email asking you to transfer your Google account.
Please follow the steps below in order to complete the transfer.
Scroll down in the email to click on "Transfer Account"
On the webpage that opens, you should see your email address in the email box, you can then click next.
You will then need to enter your google account password. If you do not know this you can click on "Forgot password?" and follow the steps to reset your password.
You will then be taken to a verification screen and will need to tap on the notification on your phone and tap the number shown on your laptop.
You can then click on "Not Now" on the next screen
Then "Continue" on the next screen
Then once the google workspace is set up you're finished and can just close the tab
