After merging our Microsoft accounts have moved from the Home for Good tenant to the Safe Families tenant. This has meant that where people have been signed in using Microsoft they haven't be able to use Microsoft apps with the new information. To use apps like outlook, calendar and OneDrive on your phone, use the following steps. If you are experiencing any issues then to raise a ticket.
- Start by removing all accounts from your Microsoft app by clicking on your profile picture or initial and clicking the settings cog.
- Scroll down and select accounts.
- Select the HfG account and click the button that says "REMOVE ACCOUNT".
- Then click on "ADD ACCOUNT".
- If it says accounts found then make sure the @homeforgood.org.uk account is selected and click continue and enter you password when prompted.
- If it asks to connect another account click maybe later.
- You should now be able to access your emails or files. Repeat this process for any other Microsoft apps you have on your phone.
