Adding a whole host of journeys at month end can be time consuming, so there is an easy way to build your mileage claim, journey by journey as the month goes on.
To do this, get your personal link to add journeys direct from any device without logging in.
You can find your link by logging into the staff database and pressing Claim Mileage
If you've previous started a claim that has a home to office mileage in it, the link will show. If not, then add your home and office postcodes and the mileage, press Update and the link will appear.
This link will never change, so for all claims from now on, this link is valid.
It will work from all devices and doesn't ask you to sign in, simply fill in the details and then press the Add Journey to Current Claim button. If you don't have an open claim, the journey adder will create one for you using the home to office details from the previous one.
You can bookmark the link in Chrome or add it to the home page on your phone for easy access.
Then on the 1st of the month, it'll auto-submit to your line manager.
