For the digital card, this is straightforwards and the systems will do the work.

For the physical card being added manually, there is an order of priority that will simplify work.
Check whether they have an existing supporter record on the database. If they do, use the options on there to reflect their new interest.
If there is no existing record...
- If someone signs up to pray or for general updates. Process this first using this route. This is the simplest way to create a new supporter record with the relevant options.
- If not prayer, but they have signed up to volunteer, process them using this route. This will create the new supporter record for them.
- If not prayer nor volunteering but a Fostering, Adoption, Supported Lodgings enquiry, process them using this route which will create an enquiry.
- If a financial supporter enquiry then process them through this route. The supporter profile will be created when they sign up to a specific donation.
