Annual review questions – 2025
Reflecting On The Previous Year
- Which parts of your job do you feel you have you done well this year?
- Which aspects of your role have you most enjoyed and given you a sense of fulfilment?
- Which parts of your job do you feel you have struggled with, or have been more of a challenge this year?
- What things have distracted you, frustrated you or kept you from being as productive in your work as you expected to be?
- How well do you feel you have met the priorities from your previous annual review? (if applicable)
- How have you found the last year in terms of your personal wellbeing?
- How well have you felt supported by Safe Families and Home for Good over the last year? (Safe Families and Home for Good includes your line manager, team, other senior leaders and wider national team)
- How well connected and valued do you feel within your role based, local, regional and national teams?
- How have you contributed to team and wider organisational culture during the past year?
- How have you seen God at work through Safe Families and Home for Good and how has that impacted you? (including the ordinary, the extraordinary or not at all!)
- How have you found your relationships with external partners? (Church leaders, supporters, local authorities etc.)
- What are your reflections from the feedback you’ve gathered?

- In which areas would you like to grow and develop?
- Do you have any longer term goals? Where would you like to be in 3 - 5 years time?
- What do you feel would be a good development related priority for you to work on over the next year?
