One a request has been made, it will be notified to the shared mailbox kidsmatterfacilitators@safefamilies.uk
The facilitators will receive a link to the referral page where they can view the request and make a decision.
Use the View Details link alongside the request:
This will open the course request page.
Mark your decision, either 'Course Offered' or 'Course Not Offered', along with optional comments and press 'Submit'.
The response will be stored, an email sent to the requestor with the comments and (if the course was offered) you'll be brought back to the course page where you can enter details of the course.
