Welcome Emails are sent when the Send Welcome Email button is pressed alongside a volunteer's account through the Login page against a Volunteer Family record.

We are sure you appreciate the need for security surrounding family information. Please keep this information safe and do not disclose it to anyone, other than family members included as volunteers on your account if appropriate.

First you will need to visit the password activation page at https://db.safefamilies.uk/auth/reset_password/xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
Please visit the site and log in to see your account profile.
N.B. The system is tested in Google Chrome. Using Chrome will ensure the best experience.
We would ask you to update your availability under 'My Account' and your preferences for volunteering.
If you are already linked with a family, you should see current assignments and be able to leave notes.
