Select a volunteer followed by Availability from the left-hand menu.
Use the Bulk Holiday Insertion to insert a range of dates.
Enter a Start Date and End Date.
Select Update Unavailable.
Individual dates can also be selected on the calendar by clicking them and selecting Update Unavailable Dates to save.
Using the calendar is the only way of changing unavailable dates back to available.
Unavailable dates will be shown in red and volunteers will not be returned in assignment searches set to take place across these days (unless Ignore Availability is selected).
Availability applies to the entire volunteer household, not just an individual volunteer.
