Once a volunteer has been entered on to the system and are ready to access their account, they will need to be sent a Welcome Email containing guidance to help them log in for the first time.
From the Volunteer Family page, select Login from the left-hand menu.
From here you will see the current Username and Email address for each volunteer in the supporter household, which can be updated if required.
The text below the username will tell you the status of the volunteer's login, i.e.:
- No Welcome email has been sent
- No recorded login
- Last recorded login DD Mon YYYY
- Login is currently unavailable for this supporter
To send out a Welcome Email, press the Send Welcome Email button.
The email will be sent automatically and will contain confirmation of the volunteer's username as well as a link that can be used to create a password for their account.
