If a volunteer has forgotten their login details, they will need to be sent a Password Reset email containing confirmation of their username as well as a link to set up a new password for their account.
From the Volunteer Family page, select Login from the left-hand menu.
From here you will see the current Username and Email address for each volunteer in the supporter household, which can be updated if required.
The text below the username will tell you the status of the volunteer's login, i.e.:
- No Welcome email has been sent
- No recorded login
- Last recorded login DD Mon YYYY
- Login is currently unavailable for this supporter
To send out a Password Reset Email, press the Send Password Reset Email button.
The email will be sent automatically and will contain confirmation of the volunteer's username as well as a link that can be used to create a password for their account.
