Guidance on completing the check-ins from the Senior CVM group is available via Slack. Please be sure to review that first. This article deals with the system side of adding and updating.
The volunteer check-in is available on the Supporter Family Page.
Above the supporter details, you'll see a heading for Click to View/Update Check-In. Click it and the check-in form will roll out.
Complete the check-in and write it up in this section. If there are role changes then these should be updated using the supporter overview further down but a narrative can be added in the check-in.
If they are not currently a financial supporter then you will be asked if they'd like to be, answering 'Yes' will inform Hannah Gooding who can then follow up.
Adding them to the email news will automatically add them, no further action needed.
Upon pressing of Update, the page will reload and the information will have been submitted. There will be a supporter note recording the latest check-in and that will also include the answer to the first question, How are you, and the narrative about any role updates.
