Tasks can be set against a Family, Volunteer or Church.
Access the appropriate record and select Tasks from the left-hand menu.
Press the Add Task button.
Select one or more staff members against Assign Task To.
Assigning a task to multiple people will create a unique task against each one. These unique tasks can be updated or completed individually.
Select Task Type, Task Due Date and Task Urgency for the task and enter a Task Description explaining what is required.
Press Insert Task to finalise the task.
Creating tasks for other users will send them an automatic email to let them know.
You can also jump straight to the add task screen when adding a note or church event.
