When a new volunteer application is received online, the volunteer will be added to a generic group from which you can assign them to the relevant church or community group.
To do this, open the volunteer profile, select the correct church or community group from the 'Family Church' dropdown and press 'Save Settings'.
This setting will affect all members of the volunteer family.
