For volunteers or household members no longer residing in the home, or for household members who live elsewhere for parts of the year, the In Household option can be a used to keep track of who is in the volunteer household at any particular time.
Go to the volunteer record and select the volunteer/household member from the Family Members page.
Against their details, there will be a box to record whether they are currently In Household.
Use the drop down to update the In Household status to No and press Update Member to save.
Out of household volunteers/household members, will still show in the list but will be clearly distinguishable from those currently in the household.
A note will be added to the volunteer record to record the update.
