When working out the 4ET statements and corresponding scores for a church relationship, this scores should be recorded on the database against the relevant church profile.
To add scores to a church, open the church page at either the Church Overview or the 4ET Progress page. Both are available in the left hand church menu.
Click on either the Add Statements or Update Statements button (depending on whether previous scores have been added).
Enter the determined score for each of the six areas, the overall tier this places the church into and a short summary of the decision. Then click the Add New Statements button.
The page will refresh and you'll be presented with the updated hexagon of scores.
Subsequent additions of more scores will update the dark blue Latest line so that you can always see the latest versus the original and gauge progress.
The Church List and Church Snapshot pages will also show you the latest tier for a church and allow you to search for all churches within a particular tier.
