The Supporter Overview contains information about the current status of the supporter, their roles and the current summary.

Supporter Status:
The Supporter Status shows whether the supporter is switched on or not.
Active = Supporter is switched on
On Hold = Supporter has been switched off with the on hold status
It can be useful to set a task when switching someone off as on hold, as a reminder to follow up after a specified time.
Switched Off = Supporter has been switched off for any other reason.
The reason the supporter was switched off and when, will show at the bottom of the supporter overview.
The Turn On/Off button can be used to update the status.
Host Friend:
The Host Friend role shows whether the supporter has the host friend role and their current status as a host friend.
Approved = Supporter is switched on and approved as a host friend.
Past Recert = Supporter is switched on as a host friend (in training or approved) but the disclosure they completed has passed the recertification date.
Supporters who have passed their recertification date will not come back for any new requests for support.
Declined = Supporter is switched on as a host friend but the decision has been made at panel, to declined their application to become a supporter at this time.
RF Only = Supporter is switched on as a host friend but the decision has been made at panel, to only consider them for resource requests at this time.
In Training = Supporter is switched on as a host friend but has not yet completed the approval process.
No App Form = Supporter is switched on as a host friend but has yet to submit a full application form.
This may be the case for household members who have decided to become supporters themselves or financial supporters who have decided they want to support in another role but have yet to complete an application form.
No = Supporter is currently switched off as a host friend.
The Turn On/Off button can be used to switch the host friend role on or off.
Family Friend:
The Family Friend role shows whether the supporter has the family friend role and their current status as a family friend.
Inc. At Home = Supporter is switched on and approved as a family friend and has also completed a home safety checklist, allowing them to support families in their home.
Outside Home = Supporter is switched on and approved as a family friend but doesn't have a completed home safety checklist, and is therefore unable to support families in their home.
Virtual Only = Supporter is switched on and approved as a family friend but has not completed the additional face to face steps, so is only available to support virtually at this time.
Past Recert = Supporter is switched on as a family friend (in training or approved) but the disclosure they completed has passed the recertification date.

Resource Friend:
The Resource Friend role shows whether the supporter has the resource friend role and their current status as a resource friend.
With Disclosure = Supporter is switched on and has been acknowledged as a resource friend and also has a completed disclosure check.
Without Disclosure = Supporter is switched on and has been acknowledged as a resource friend but has not completed a disclosure check.
Not Acknowledged = Supporter is switched on but has not been acknowledged as ready to receive resource request.
The acknowledgement process allows us reach out and thank new resource friends before we start sending them requests for support. Resource friends who have completed either a face to face assessment or face to face training, will be acknowledged automatically.
No = Supporter is currently switched off as a resource friend.
The Turn On/Off button can be used to switch the resource friend role on or off.
Prayer Partner:
The Prayer Partner role shows whether the supporter has opted in to receive prayer request from Safe Families.
Yes = Supporter is currently opted in to receive prayer partner requests.
No = Supporter is currently opted out of receiving prayer partner requests.
The Opt In/Out button can be used to opt the supporter in or out of the prayer partner emails.
Financial Supporter:
The Financial Supporter role shows whether the supporter has the financial supporter role and their current status as a financial supporter.
Regular = Supporter is switched on as a financial supporter and is set up for regular monthly giving.
Fundraiser = Supporter is switched on as a financial supporter, isn't set up for regular monthly giving but has recently taken part in fundraising for Safe Families.
One Off = Supporter is currently switched on as a financial supporter, isn't set up for regular monthly giving but has recently made a one off donation to Safe Families
Household Giving = Supporter is currently switched off as a financial supporter but there is another supporter in the household that is switched on as a financial supporter
No = Supporter is currently switched off as a financial supporter.
The financial supporter role is updated automatically based on whether the supporter has donated to Safe Families recently.
