As you come to the end of your time working at the organisation, there are a few things for you to think about:
- IT equipment:
Please return any IT equipment you have been given while working for the organisation. This could include laptop, phone, chargers, office chair at home, keyboard, mouse etc. On your last day working at the organisation please liaise with your line manager with how to return everything to them or your local office.
2. Pension:
There’s nothing for you to action here. The finance team will notify our pension provider (Aegon) that you have left employment. Aegon should then be in contact with you to confirm directly.
3. YuLife:
Your account will be deactivated when you leave the organisation. Don’t worry, even when it’s been deactivated you will still be able to redeem the coins you have earned to that point.
4. Payslips:
You will only be able to access your online payslips for three months after leaving the organisation so please do remember to print these within three months of leaving.
5. P45 document:
Our finance team will either post or email this to you as soon as they have it.
6. Annual Leave:
People and Culture will work out your leave allowance up to the date that you leave and you will either be paid for any days you haven’t used, have used the right amount of days or we will let you know if you have taken too many days leave.
7. A future reference:
If you require a reference from us for a future role, please send the request to peopleandculture@safefamilies.uk.
People and Culture will send you a letter to confirm your leaving date and annual leave allowance once we receive your letter of resignation.
