All Family Support Managers and Team Leaders should have a Family Support Quality Assurance Audit carried out at least annually.
This must be uploaded as a PDF or Word file to the staff database, using the document type Family Support QA
The document will then be available in the employee's review documents.
All the audit documents for your reportees will also be visible under Team >> Family Support QA
