Evaluation scores are entered throughout support to enable us to measure the impact of Safe Families support on the family.
Scores range from 1 to 10 with 1 being low and 10 being high.
The first evaluation stage is the Initial Visit, with additional stages entered at each Formal and Completion review.
Current evaluation scores can be viewed by selecting Evaluation Scores from the left-hand menu.
The table will continue to grow each time new scores are entered.
As additional review or completion scores are added, the outcome hexagon below the table will build up.
