Referrals need to be updated to reflect when support for the family has begun.
Within a referral there is a Support Provided option.
Simply click the button to switch support from OFF to ON.
The start date for support will default to the date support is switched ON.
If the start date for support was not the day support is being switched ON, enter the appropriate date into the Supported box to change it.
Select Update Status to save.
Automatic notes will be added to the referral to record support being switched ON and the date.
The start date for support can be updated at any time and an additional note will be added to record these changes.
Therapeutic Parenting Input:
There is an additional switch alongside Support Provided that can be switched on to highlight a family that is receiving Therapeutic Parenting Input.
