Sometimes a call will come in to enquire about support. This may be from a Local Authority team but may be from a family member directly, a church, community group or anyone with concern.
These initial contacts, which may or may not result in a referral, can be logged under REFERRALS >> INITIAL CONTACTS
* Local Authorities that are enabled for the Time to Connect service can make their contacts direct.
To start the contact, click the blue 'paper' symbol and fill out the details.
Once you have completed at least the name, date of contact and a region and area, you can press 'Add New Contact' and you will be taken to the full contact form.
