If a contact is marked as "Two or Three Calls Needed" and we have a mobile number on record for the family, the system will automatically text them with a link to complete a Warwick-Edinburgh evaluation for wellbeing.
The evaluation is very quick and will be added to their contact record.
Once the contact is closed, whether fully or referred for further support, a second link will be texted to ask the family to fill out the evaluation again. This will then give a guide to how their wellbeing has been impacted by the support.
