It's a good idea to change your Office 365 password to something more personal and memorable. This password is the same for logging in to Office 365, SharePoint, Outlook (emails) and any other Microsoft applications signed in with your Safe Families email address.
To change your Office 365 password, follow the steps below:
Open Office 365 (via Google Chrome bookmark or www.office.com)
Click circle with your initials in the far right corner, and select ‘My account’ from the menu
Select ‘Password’ from the left hand menu
On the next page you will be able to create a new password
Once you've created a new password, you will need to sign in again with the new password the next time you open Office 365, Outlook or SharePoint. Your laptop might prompt you to do this by popping up with messages asking you to sign in again. If you've downloaded Office 365, Outlook or any other Microsoft app onto your phone, it's also good to check if you need to enter your new password on any of those apps. To check this, open the app, go to your account view, and if you need to update your password there should be a message asking you to do so.
