When the Plan for Support is marked completed, a notification is sent to the Team Leader or Senior FSM as appropriate who can then add their comments to the plan.
This is done using the text box at the bottom of the plan.
Comments can be entered and then the green Add/Update Authorisation Comment button pressed.
This can be repeated as often as needed throughout the support. Each time, a notification will be sent to the current Case Manager, regardless of who completed the plan.
