To update your personal details on the staff database, log in and then click the blue Update Personal Details button from the dashboard.
You'll then see a number of sections. Change the details in the appropriate section and then click on the Update button that is within that coloured section.
You will see the Last Updated details change as appropriate.
The relevant people will be notified of the change and a note added to your record to reflect who it was updated by and when.
The information is visible to you, your designated line manager(s) and up the chain from there.
Banking details
The exception to this visibility is banking details which aren't made visible to anyone. Instead, when you update these, they will be sent to the payroll team for action. Therefore, it might look like they haven't saved but you'll see from the Last Updated that they have been saved and sent.
