Certain roles require you to have an 'up to date' disclosure check. This should be checked by the organisation within the last three years. Please speak to your manager if you are unsure whether you need a check for your role.
If you have a disclosure check as a volunteer you can use this, as long as it is an enhanced check - please speak with your local lead if you do not think this is the case.
Once you have your disclosure check information back, your line manager will need to upload it to the staff database by 'updating personal details'
Notifications
Staff members and line managers will receive a notification 6 months before the disclosure check needs to be renewed or if the disclosure check is missing.
Programme Directors will receive a notification if the disclosure check is missing or has been completed more than three years ago.
