As a staff member you need to have an 'up to date' disclosure check - we ask that it was checked by Safe Families within the last three years.
If you have a disclosure check as a volunteer you can use this, as long as it is an enhanced check - please speak with your local lead if you do not think this is the case.
Once you have your disclosure check information back, your line manager will need to upload it to the staff database by 'updating personal details'

Notifications
Staff members and line managers will receive a notification 6 months before the disclosure check has been completed three years previous or if the disclosure check is missing.
Programme Directors will receive a notification if the disclosure check is missing or has been completed more than three years ago.
