Once a staff member has returned to work, you must record their return in the absence record.
To do this, enter the actual end date, then the actual number of working days they were absent from work. You can also update the type of absence at this point if appropriate.
Add any comments and press Mark as Returned to Work.
It is important you plan a return to work interview with the member of staff. This should be recorded on the staff database.
Finance and People and Culture Team will be informed the staff member has returned as will the employee involved. As the line manager you will receive confirmation along with the updated Bradford Factor score.
