If someone is a Financial Supporter, you'll see this on their Member Details or Family Members page, as part of their supporter statuses.
You can find their household giving under the Giving Record.
Details about Regular and One Off giving are restricted to the Fundraising Team, to protect the privacy of supporters. If you need more information about a supporter's giving, or have been asked a question by a supporter to do with their specific giving, please discuss this directly with the Fundraising Team.
Fundraising details are open to everyone.
The Fundraising Events table displays any fundraising events that supporters in this household have signed up to take part in.
The Lead Member of the household is highlighted in green.
Event Date shows the date of the organised event. In the case of the Jelly Welly Walk, if they are running their own event on a different date this will be shown under Own Event Date.
Region shows the region and area which the event is taking place in.
Fundraising Page gives a link to their Just Giving or equivalent fundraising page.
The Fundraising Team will send out Fundraising Packs to supporters doing the Jelly Welly Walk (and possibly other future events). If this has been sent, you'll see a tick in the Fundraising pack sent? column.
If they have told us that others are joining the event with them, the number of additional people will be shown in the No. in group column.
The amount each household member has raised per event is displayed in the Amount Raised column.
At the bottom you can see a summary row that shows you the total fundraising activity for the household.
The Fundraising Team will take the lead on keeping these details up to date. If a supporter lets you know that there are others joining them on their Jelly Welly Walk and this is not displayed, please get in touch with Hannah.
