The Fundraiser List shows all supporters and churches who have signed up to be a part of a fundraising event.
Unless you are the Event Host, you won't be notified if a supporter in your area signs up to take part in a fundraising event. Instead, you can come to the Fundraiser List and see all fundraisers in your area and the events they are taking part in.
The Supporter Household number is given so you can easily see if several fundraisers are part of the same household, and the Lead member is also labelled.
In the case of the Jelly Welly Walk, if a fundraisers is running their own event, the date of their event will be shown under Own Event Date.
Region shows the region and area in which the event is taking place.
The amount each supporter has raised per event is displayed in the Amount Raised column.
If they have told us that others are joining the event with them, the number of additional people will be shown in the No. in group column.
If they have set up a Just Giving or equivalent fundraising page, there will be a green tick in their Fundraising Page? column.
The Fundraising Team will send out Fundraising Packs to supporters doing the Jelly Welly Walk (and possibly other future events). If this has been sent, you'll see a tick in the Fundraising pack sent? column.
For church fundraisers, if there is a Fundraiser contact for the church, they will be shown under Lead Contact; if not, this column will show the lead contact for the church.
The Fundraising Team will take the lead on keeping these details up to date. If a supporter or church lets you know that there are others joining them on their Jelly Welly Walk and this is not displayed, please get in touch with Hannah.
