- We offer staff 8 weeks full pay followed by 5 weeks half pay over a 12 month rolling period. At the end of which the staff member is entitled to Statutory Sick Pay.

- Week 8 – to inform employee now any further sickness is half pay, five additional weeks
- Week 12- to inform employee one more week of half pay
- Week 13 – to inform employee that now on Statutory Sick Pay (SSP)
- Week 25 – to inform employee SSP stops at 28 weeks
- Week 28 – to inform employee SSP stopped
