After each of the Core Training events – Modules 1, 2, 3 and 4 – have been attended volunteers are given the opportunity to provide us with feedback on the event via a web link in an email from the database.
Once they have completed and returned the feedback form the local CVM connected to the volunteer receives an email from the database to let them know they provided feedback on the event. The CVM can access and read this feedback by clicking on the link. There may be something they need to follow up on e.g. aspects they didn’t understand and need more clarification on or an unusually low score indicating dissatisfaction etc.
One week following the training event, the relevant facilitators will receive an email providing them with the link to view all the volunteer feedback from the event they delivered.
This email is also sent to the National Training Coordinator for viewing and monitoring purposes.
Overall numbers, average scores and percentages of those that provide feedback are accessible on the Reporting Page.
