Ahead of taking a new mobile phone, there are some steps to take to ensure the transfer is as seamless as can be.
Password?
You'll need your Microsoft password (the one you use for your work email) to set up your Google account on the new phone.
If you don't know it, we can reset it.
Backup contacts
Make sure that the contacts on the phone are stored in your @safefamilies.uk or @homeforgood.org.uk Google account. This way they will auto-sync to the new phone and save you having to readd them.
