Local Authorities can submit referrals online through our e-referral form, with details being uploaded directly into the database.
The online form will walk the referrer through the process, ensuring that all required information is entered before the referral can be submitted. See Adding e-Referrals for more information.
Once submitted; a new family record will be created for the referral, with a PDF version of the referral form automatically uploaded against the family documents.
Email notifications will be sent acknowledging the receipt of any new e-referrals.
