The Safeguarding Flag is used to highlight notes that discuss some level of safeguarding.

Additional External Information:
Information provided to Safe Families form other agencies which relates to a safeguarding issue.
Concern:
Information noted by volunteers or the Family Support Team which in of themselves do not require immediate discussion with the LA but are of concern and need to be monitored or explored further.
Incident or Disclosure:
Safeguarding issue; noting a significant piece of information either directly observed or shared during support. Requires immediate management oversight.
Each time a safeguarding note is entered, an email will be sent to the appropriate Team Leader or Senior Family Support Manager for that area. It is also included in a daily digest email to the Director of Safeguarding and Quality Assurance
All safeguarding flagged notes can be seen from the Referrals > Safeguarding Notes view.
