- Case Summary (highlighted green in the notes view)

- Complaint Note (email sent to CEO, DQSA, Programme Director and SFSM)
- Feedback Note
- Compliment Note (email sent to CEO, DQSA, Programme Director and SFSM)
- Document Upload
- Report Note
- Therapeutic Parenting Input (highlighted pink if added by a Therapeutic Parenting Coach)
- Volunteer Note (highlighted yellow if added by a volunteer - notes entered by volunteers will automatically go in as a Volunteer Note)
- Out of Hours Call (email sent to CEO, DQSA, Programme Director and SFSM)
