If one of your direct reports requests annual leave then you will receive an email detailing the request.
The email will contain a direct link to the request or you can log into the staff database and use the Annual Leave >> Pending Approval link.
Once in the request you'll see the list of dates, any comments made by the staff member and a series of drop down options to approve/reject each day on the form.
Press submit at the end and the decision will be made. An email will be sent back to the requestor.
