The Resource Inventory is used to keep track off all of the items Safe Families have to help support volunteers and families.
To access the list of inventory items, select Resource Inventory from the Live Information menu.
The main inventory page will list all items and their current Availability status.
Availability Statuses:
Items currently stored in a Safe Families office and ready to be allocated to a volunteer or family will show as Available.
Items that have been returned to a Safe Families office but are awaiting confirmation of their condition and suitability to be allocated to another volunteer or family will show as Returned.
Items that have been picked up from a volunteer or family but have yet to be returned to a Safe Families office will show as Collected.
Items currently held by a volunteer or family will show as On Loan.
Items that have been gifted to a volunteer or family will show as Donated, donated items will no longer be available to allocate.
Items that are broken/damaged or generally no longer suitable to be allocated to a volunteer or family will show as Retired. Retired status could also be used for items donated outside of the database, i.e. items gifted to another charity/organisation.
