If a member of staff would like to request a change to any of their working conditions such as their working hours or pattern they should complete a formal flexible working request.
Request are to be made on the form below.
Staff members must complete the information on the form and send a copy to their line manager who will arrange an initial meeting with them to discuss their proposal. This will then be discussed with the Programme Director who will approve changes / arrange meeting to discuss alternative proposal or decline request. The employee will have the right to appeal any decision that is made.
