When does a volunteer completion survey get triggered?
The survey will be triggered as soon as the support is marked completed on the database.
As soon as a volunteer’s formal support for a family has ended, their assignment(s) for that family should be marked as completed on the database. It is therefore important that this assignment is marked as completed in a timely way so as to provide the best opportunity to capture feedback from a volunteer completion survey.
The volunteer will still be able to record additional notes to the family record once their formal support has ended.
