Volunteers Supporting Families (SOP3)
Supporting families through difficult or complex life experiences and circumstances can be challenging. These standards will ensure that we match appropriate volunteers and that we will provide our volunteers with excellent support throughout their volunteering experience. By maintaining these standards, we will also ensure that there is a clear and consistent review process for both the families and volunteers before, during and when formal support comes to an end.
