Do we always conduct completion survey?
No - If you do not think it is appropriate to send a survey you can deselect the survey option.
Please note that the option to request a completion survey will default to selected, so if this is not the end of a specific volunteer’s support for the family this should be unchecked before the assignment is marked as completed.
For example, if the volunteer has completed a specific instance of hosting with the family but is planning to host again or has completed their hosting but is planning to continue supporting as a family friend.
Completion surveys can only be generated for a specific volunteer once (per referral). Any surveys requested prematurely will not offer the option to request an additional survey for that volunteer if another assignment is completed.
Options at this time would be to either reschedule a survey generated prematurely or request it be removed by the IT&S Team through the help desk.
The opportunity to generate completion surveys for any volunteers not currently requested will still be available when completing the referral itself. For example, a volunteer had planned to host again so the box was unticked, but then the family disengaged before any additional hosting took place.
