When we advertise a job internally, a similar process should be followed to create a job pack (this will be a slimmed down version)

Use a template Job description - Job Descriptions.If the role you are advertising for does not have a template please contact People and Culture Team and they will send you similar roles to edit.

Once ready the Hiring manager should fill out the job advert form here: Job Adverts - On Page 4 When asked: Where should this be advertised? Select - 'Internal'
- This job opportunity should then be shared within the team (and to those who may be off sick or on maternity leave). If it is a promotion opportunity for one team (in which you are not back filling the role then just share with this one team) If however a job will be back filled then share widely within the region.
- Candidates should be shortlisted and then interviewed (usually without the informal interview). Ensure to give feedback to any staff member who is not successful
