Once you have had approval from PD to create a job advert, please follow the following steps:

Hiring managers can then prepare their JD's before moving on to the next step in the process.
If the role you are advertising for does not have a template please contact Anna Pilgrim and she will send you similar roles to edit.
If the role you are advertising for is internal applications only then speak with Anna and she will plan with you what is needed.
The Job advert form

The form is designed to take the info you enter and generate the correctly worded statements for the Job pack in the correct categories. The statements are still editable after this generation so special circumstances can be accommodated.
As the hiring manager you will then receive a notification in your slack bot channel with the details and some of the next steps info. The Hub manager will also receive a notification.
Job Pack is generated
The job pack will then be generated and sent to you as the hiring manager with some template wording for an email for you and your team to share (when appropriate) with any church leaders of volunteers.
The Jobs will be added to the social media schedule.
On closing date
The page will auto-expire on the closing date and come down off the website.
The hiring team will meet to discuss the next steps, if re-advertised they will need to communicate any changes and a new application deadline to Anna Pilgrim.
